Assistive Technology
Assistive technology (AT) is equipment or devices that help make it easier/safer to do things impacted by the disability. Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), AT devices can be categorised into low, mid and high-tech.

Examples of AT prescription undertaken here:
1) Minor home modifications to facilitate safe access
2) Seating
3) Apps to help with medication management, time management, emotional regulation
4) Complex mobility devices e.g. electric wheelchairs, shower commodes
